The Duchess of Cambridge’s uncle Gary Goldsmith has revealed he believes the pregnant royal is expecting a girl.
“My suspicion is that they’re having a baby girl,” Gary told The Mirror. “But, of course I don’t know that for fact.
The world is awaiting the arrival of the couple’s first child.
Gary’s prediction comes just a month after after it was revealed the couple had decided not to find out the sex of their first child, however the uncle of the future Queen suspects the couple may know.
“I believe Kate and William have kept the sex of their child a secret to everyone but themselves,” he added.
As the world awaits the arrival of baby Cambridge, speculation is mounting as to what the sex of the couple’s royal baby will be. The bookies’ favourite is currently a girl named Alexandra, while users on social media sites also believe the same.
Last month, the couple revealed they would be expecting the child around mid-July and plan for Kate to give birth at the Lindo Wing in St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington, London, following in the footsteps of Diana, Princess of Wales.
Diana gave birth to both Prince William and Prince Harry in the Lindo Wing with Prince Charles by her side.
The Lindo Wing has been a popular choice for members of the Royal Family and Princess Anne welcomed both her children, Peter Phillips and Zara Phillips at the hospital.
