With only a few months left before the birth of undoubtedly the world’s most famous foetus, big brands are cashing in on the Royal Household’s expectancy. Bookies Ladbrokes have begun a new campaign for bets on the Royal Baby along with soft drink company Shloer.

Ladbrokes’ new advert sees the Royal ladies and Kate’s family cooing over gifts in what seems to be a baby shower as the Queen reads the Racing Post! Kate looks on disapprovingly as her family take wagers on the name of her baby, including: Victoria, George and Elizabeth on a Ladbrokes blackboard.
Other stills show Kate practising her breathing on a birthing ball with Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall and Her Majesty the Queen touching her bump.

Another campaign by Shloer sees the same group plus a few unknowns holding a baby shower, with Shloer as their tipple of choice, obviously sensible in ‘Kate’s’ condition. It seems the other members of the family are supporting her to this end, also sipping on Shloer. You can see a baby grow which says ‘Born to Rule’, a few subtly placed bottles of Shloer and a royal corgi sits waiting patiently in a toy car. Cute!
Imagine, is this is what is happening behind palace doors? Perhaps not, but its fun to think so anyway!
