His Royal Highness The Duke of Rothesay is visiting CLAN Cancer Support in Aberdeen today.
His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh is visiting the Dersingham Bog Natural Nature Reserve at Sandringham as Patron of the Conservation Volunteers. The Reserve is a site of special scientific interest and is home to many rare species of plant and insect.
His Royal Highness The Earl of Wessex is visiting the Salisbury Plain Training Area in Wiltshire as Royal Honorary Colonel of the Royal Wessex Yeomanry.
Today Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal visits the Isle of Skye, Ross and Cromarty. The Princess is opening the renovated West Highland College as Chancellor of the University of the Highlands and Islands and attends a Columba Gathering at the Community and International Leadership Centre as Patron of youth charity Columba 1400.
Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Gloucester, President of the Royal Academy of Music, attends a meeting of the Academy’s Governing Body today in London.
His Royal Highness The Duke of Kent visits Portsmouth today. The Duke will tour HMS Duncan at Her Majesty’s Naval Base in the city.
Tuesday 1st October
Aberdeen welcomes Her Majesty The Queen today. Her Majesty is officially opening The Queen Elizabeth Theatre at The International School of Aberdeen and the NHS Grampian Emergency Care Centre.
Her Royal Highness The Countess of Wessex is in Leeds. The Countess will visit Leeds Children’s Hospital, The Farnley Academy and her charity Caring for Life, a Christian organisation that supports homeless and vulnerable people.
The Princess Royal is in Ross-shire. Her Royal Highness is visiting Keltic Seafare to mark the company’s 20th anniversary and Dingwall Academy. Later Her Royal Highness travels to London for a lecture at Royal Geographical Society, which she attends as Patron of The Whitley Fund for Nature.
Wednesday 2nd October
The Earl of Wessex starts a three-day visit to the Republic of Zambia today. His Royal Highness is carrying out duties as Trustee of The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award International Foundation.
The Countess of Wessex visits the Goldsmiths’ Fair at Goldsmiths’ Hall, London. The Fair is an annual event where bespoke jewellery made by independent designers and craftspeople is sold.
The Princess Royal carries out engagements in London today. Her Royal Highness opens the 26th World Liquefied Petroleum Gas Forum at The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre; attends the annual general meeting of the Restorative Justice Council as Patron; and attends a dinner for Victim Support as President of the charity.
His Royal Highness The Duke of Gloucester visits Durham. The Duke is opening the renovated Glebe Primary School, North Shore Academy and a new biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility at Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies.
Thursday 3rd October
The Princess Royal is in London for a meeting of the National Equine Forum’s Organising Committee. Her Royal Highness is President of the Forum, an annual event that brings together all areas of the equine industry to discuss relevant issues. The Princess Royal also marks 75 years of The Naval Ladies’ Lunch Club at an anniversary reception at the Naval Club.
The Duke of Gloucester visits Northampton today. The Duke’s itinerary includes Oasis House – the home of various organisations who help with homelessness and poverty in Northampton; the Rushden Transport Museum; and 78 Derngate – The Charles Rennie Mackintosh House to celebrate the tenth Anniversary of its opening.
Her Royal Highness Princess Alexandra is at St James’s Palace in London for The Queen Mother’s Clothing Guild Packing Week. Princess Alexandra is Patron of the Guild, previously known as Queen Mary’s Clothing Guild. Upon the death of Queen Mary in 1953, Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother became patron, a role she fulfilled until her death in 2002. During Packing Week, donations are counted and allocated to various charities around the country.

Their Royal Highnesses The Earl and Countess of Wessex start a nine-day visit to the Republic of South Africa today. Their visit supports The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award International Foundation.
The Princess Royal visits Didcot today as Colonel?in?Chief of The Royal Logistic Corps. Her Royal Highness is attending the 11 Explosive Ordnance Disposal Regiment Freedom of Didcot Parade and is presenting Operational Service Medals to members of the Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Search Task Force at City Hall.
